Cyber Attack भी एक प्रकार का Cyber अपराध है जिसे Computer Network Attack कह सकते हैं । Computer Network हमले से तात्पर्य यह है कि जानबूझ कर Internet के द्वारा एक computer से दुसरे computer का अनाधिकृत ढंग से उपयोग करना ।

What is Cyber Law in Hindi?

Cyber Law वह व्यवस्था है जो सम्पूर्ण cyber space की  देख रेख करती है और उसे व्यवस्थित रखती है । Cyber space एक व्यापक पद है और इसमे computer, network, software, data storage युक्तियाँ, Internet, websites, E-mail और वहा तक कि वैद्यउनिक युक्तियाँ | जैसे- Cell Phone व  ATM मशीने भी सम्मिलित हैं ।


Cyber Law में नियोजित कानून निम्न से सम्बंधित है


1. Cyber Crime,
2. Electronic और Digital Signature,
3. Intellectual Property (बौद्धिक संपदा)

1) Cyber Crime

Cyber Crime वे अवैध कृत्य हैं जिनमे computer का एक उपकरण या लक्ष्य, या दोनो के रुप में भी प्रयोग किया जा सकता है ।


E-Commerce तथा Online share trading के विकास ने Cyber crimes की संख्या में वृद्धि की है । Internet का वृहद ज्ञान रखने वाले आपराधिक वृति  वालो को cyber crime सुरक्षित भी लगता है ।

2) Electronic Signature in Hindi

Electronic Signature का उपयोग electronic record प्रमाणित करने के लिए किया जाता है । Digital Signature, Electronic Signature का ही एक रुप है ।


Digital Signature तीन प्रमुख कानूनी आवश्यकताओ की पूर्ति करता है । हस्ताक्षरकर्ता का प्रमाणिकरण, सन्देश प्रमाणिकरण तथा अखंडता | Digital Signature की तकनीक और दक्षता, इसे लिखित हस्ताक्षर से भी विश्वसनीय बनाती है ।

3) Intellectual Property 

यह मानव मन, जैसी रचनाओ को सन्दर्भित करता है । जैसे- एक कहानी, एक गाना, एक चित्र, एक design आदि ।




बौद्धिक संपदा के पहलुओ के अंतर्गत cyber space से सम्बंधित cyebr कानूनी भी है । इनमे शामिल हैं -
